That law is from 2003. Doesn't seem to be a problem.

Let me tell you a few things about that law:

1: Loli that are not actually engaged in sexual activity where allowed anyway. This includes pics of real children as nudity =/= pornographic.
2: Under definitions "graphic" requires that the genitals be seen. The censorship applied to most Japanese art secures that.
3: The law has to be re-passed every 2 years to be enacted. In 2005 the law expired and was never reinstated.

Federal law is now restricted to a General Assembly resolution treaty from 2002 that included the option above since repealed. The federal government can limit trade into and out of our country.

All other laws concerning child porn are now passed/enforced by the states in accordance with The Tenth Amendment of The Constitution. (That's right, it's the state that busts you, not the FBI.)

According to lozer's lawyer, Illinois is okay with this and I'm sure the Netherlands don't give a fuck so Gelbooru is fine.

I think lolicon and shotacon are illegal where I live (New Zealand), thanks to the feminist presence here. I'm not sure if viewing lolicon/shotacon is illegal, but I'm fairly sure importing lolicon/shotacon doujinshi/manga can get you arrested. It sucks, but hey, what can you do?

This restriction was overturned by the courts in 2003, freedom of speech, 1st Amendment, all that jazz...
