Need help remembering an old anime (Dick Fingers)

Wasn't Flare or Urotsukidoji. I thought it was La Blue Girl, but I'm not finding any Blue Girl images that match this. If you don't recognize it, list some of your favorite hentai 90s anime/games. I'm trying to remember the names of a lot of these. |
